Costalice provides financial consulting and market research specialized in operational cost analysis, valuation of commercial real estate assets in developing coastal areas, economic feasibility studies, cash flow projections, and budget optimization strategies for investors in the business tourism sector. Reports and recommendations are based on publicly available data and proprietary methodologies; they do not constitute legal advice nor guarantee specific financial results.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the preparation of the studies. They are responsible for verifying the suitability of the recommendations for their particular context. Costalice assumes no responsibility for investment decisions based solely on its reports without proper complementary analysis.
Costalice shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including loss of income, business opportunities, or data. The maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All content generated by Costalice, including reports, projections, methodologies, and presentation materials, is the property of Costalice and is protected by copyright. The user receives a limited use license for internal purposes and may not redistribute, modify, or commercialize such content without express written authorization.
Costalice will treat as confidential all information shared by the user within the framework of the contracted services, unless required by law or authorized by the user for disclosure. The user also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Costalice's internal methodologies and data.
Services are provided for the period agreed upon in the corresponding proposal or contract. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the service immediately. Upon termination, the user must cease using the delivered materials, unless otherwise provided.
Costalice reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the services after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
